Company Policies:
- We work hard to ensure every client leaves 100% satisfied.
- If a client is unsatisfied, the service provider will make an executive decision to correct the issue through a discounted service or alternate product.
- Once a service or product has been purchased, refunds are not permitted.
Mobile Services:
We proudly offer on-site services for special events, private bookings, and professional partnerships.
- All travel fees must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable (can be credited toward rescheduled appointments if necessary).
- Travel appointments should be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
- One travel fee applies per event space or workplace.
- All locations must be residential or commercial properties.
- Service costs are separate from travel fees.

Kavii Tha Kosmo — a licensed Barber, Cosmetologist, and Barber Instructor — is a dedicated artist and entrepreneur with over 20 years of hairstyling and braiding experience and more than 10 years of professional barbering expertise. Known for her creativity, precision, and passion for her craft, Kavii continues to raise the standard in beauty and grooming.

From an early age, Kavii Tha Kosmo found inspiration in the artistry of haircare. Watching her mother — also a cosmetologist — and experimenting with styles alongside her sister sparked a lifelong passion that became her purpose.
By the age of 12, she was styling family and friends, treating every head of hair like a new canvas. With a natural eye for design and a love for making people feel good, she transformed that childhood hobby into a thriving professional career.
Today, Kavii is a licensed cosmetologist, barber, and instructor known for her creativity, skill, and genuine care for her clients. Her name, K.A.V.I.I., represents the values that guide her daily: Knowledge, Ambition, Values, Integrity, and Intelligence.
Those principles, paired with over two decades of experience, have shaped her into the passionate, purpose-driven woman and professional she is today — dedicated to helping every client look and feel their absolute best.
